1. Information We Collect

AutoTrack collects information you provide directly, including your name, email address, and vehicle details (make, model, year, mileage, lease terms). Vehicle data you enter is stored locally in your browser and is not transmitted to our servers unless you create an account.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to operate and improve AutoTrack, send you service-related communications (such as early access notifications if you join the waitlist), and respond to your inquiries. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Storage

Vehicle data entered into AutoTrack is stored in your browser's local storage by default. This data remains on your device and is not accessible to us unless you explicitly sync or back up your data through a future account feature. Waitlist submissions (name and email) are stored securely on our servers.

4. Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use AutoTrack. This service collects anonymized usage data such as pages visited, time on site, and general location (country/region). No personally identifiable information is shared with Google Analytics. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

5. Cookies

AutoTrack uses browser local storage to save your vehicle data between sessions. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes. Google Analytics may set cookies to distinguish users and sessions.

6. Third-Party Services

AutoTrack is hosted on GoDaddy infrastructure. Our site uses Google Analytics for usage analytics. These services have their own privacy policies which govern their data practices.

7. Your Rights

You may request deletion of any personal data we hold about you (such as waitlist submissions) by contacting us. Since vehicle data is stored locally in your browser, you can delete it at any time by clearing your browser's local storage or using the delete function within the app.

8. Children's Privacy

AutoTrack is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify waitlist members of significant changes via email. Continued use of AutoTrack after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
